Book a meet & greet Before you book
Policies
A few simple rules so every visit goes smoothly for you, your pets, and our team.
Cancellations
Drop-in visits and walks can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. Overnight stays require 72 hours' notice. Cancellations inside those windows are billed at 50% of the service. Holiday bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the first visit.
Payment & invoices
Invoices are sent through PetPocketbook after each visit or at the end of each week for recurring schedules. Payment is due within 3 days of the invoice. Cards and bank transfers are accepted in the app.
Meet & greets
Every new client starts with a free meet & greet at your home before any service is booked. This is where we meet your pets, review their routine, and collect keys or entry codes. Meet & greets are scheduled on weekdays.
Scheduling
Requests should be made through PetPocketbook at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day and last-minute requests are accepted whenever the schedule allows, with no extra fee. Recurring schedules get priority.
Pet behavior & safety
For everyone's safety, we're unable to care for pets with a history of biting or aggression toward people. Dogs are walked on leash at all times. Please let us know about any medical needs, anxieties, or quirks so we can plan accordingly.
Before your first visit
Please have vaccinations current, a working key or code ready, food and medication clearly labeled, and your vet's contact information added to your PetPocketbook profile. We also ask that any home cameras be disclosed.
